Ground floor 

The front doors open onto a spacious hallway and imposing oak staircase. Off the hall is a large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker and a large oak table seating 12. The room is heated by a 16kw Jotul woodburning stove set in the Gascon fireplace. On the other side of the hall there is a comfortable sitting room, also with a large woodburning stove,  sofas, flat screen  tv with satellite tv and DVD. There is an assortment of indoor board games. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc. There is a shower room with heated towel rail, electric fan heater and separate WC. 

First Floor                                                                  

The rooms are light and airy and have exposed oak beam ceilings and pine floors. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, one large double bedroom with a queen size bed and a cot, one double bedroom with an extra single bed, two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with a shower attachment over the bath and an electric fan heater.

Chai (barn)

There is a huge chai at the rear of the house which has a table tennis table and can be used as a children's play area.
