The extensive grounds are completely private and enjoy spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Large areas are laid to lawn with many mature trees, including horse chestnut, blue cedar, walnut, and mulberry  providing shade. The long gravel driveway and garage provide ample parking. The 12 x 6m pool is secured with  high laurel hedging and lockable gate and bordered by a large sun terrace with magnificent views. Garden furniture and a barbecue are located on the terraces to the south and east sides of the house. An extensive range of British company 'Treetops' children's play equipment, including swings, treehouse, playhouse, climbing frame, rockwall, clamber net and monkey bars is provided. There is also a selection of bicycles, racquets for ball games and a boules set.
